TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY: It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase a Travel Insurance Policy to protect your vacation investment. (AN INSURANCE QUOTE WILL BE EMAILED TO EACH GUESTS, IF DECLINE INSURANCE GUEST MUST SIGN A DECLINE WAIVER)
CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in WRITING. Email your cancellation request to THEKINGOFGLORYTRAVELCLUB@YAHOO.COM with, full name and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or 3 business days), please call 561 329 0566 to ensure your information has been received. As stated above, you acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to KING OF GLORY TRAVEL is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This trip is Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable. If you are unable to travel, you must submit a claim to the Travel Insurance Company. We will provide supporting documents requested by Insurer. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS: Scheduled monthly payments of $175 must be made on or before the 15th of each month. Final payment must be received NO Later than MONDAY APRIL 19, 2027 (please no late payment, late payment is $10.00)
CONVENIENCE FEES: The convenience fee is comprised of credit card processing and administrative fees which is processed by Chase Bank. The fees are collected by the bank. The fees are in addition to the monthly payments. (processing & transaction fee is 4.5% and 10 cent)
ROOMMATE: Should your roommates be canceled for any reason, you will be notified at which time you may choose to find another roommate or choose to pay the single, and/or double, and or triple room rate.
